You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in a manner not permitted by these terms.

Donations made through this site support The Two Frontiers Project's research and are, unless stated otherwise at the time of donation, made without any goods or services provided in exchange. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@twofrontiers.org and we'll review it in good faith.

When you direct a donation to a specific experiment, we intend to use it for that project. Research doesn't always go as planned, though — a project may be completed, discontinued, or become impractical before your gift is fully spent. If that happens, we reserve the right to redirect your donation to a similar experiment or to our general fund, keeping as close to your original intent as we reasonably can. We'll make a good-faith effort to keep donors informed of significant changes to a project they've supported.

Merchandise is sold on a separate site, shop.twofrontiers.org, which has its own terms and policies covering purchases, shipping, and returns.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to The Two Frontiers Project or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as permitted by fair use.

This site uses third-party services (including Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare) to operate, and may link to third-party websites, including our shop at shop.twofrontiers.org. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Two Frontiers Project is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
