Environmental Sampling
We design and execute field sampling campaigns for marine, terrestrial, and built environments. Services include protocol development, field kit preparation, site-specific logistics, and chain-of-custody documentation. We specialize in low-biomass and extreme environments where standard commercial protocols produce inadequate results.
DNA Sequencing
From targeted amplicon surveys to deep shotgun metagenomics, we handle library preparation, sequencing, and primary data processing in-house. All workflows are optimized for environmental samples with low host contamination and high microbial diversity.
Microbial Culturing
We culture and characterize environmental microorganisms from complex samples, including organisms from extreme environments that require non-standard growth conditions. Services range from basic enrichment and isolation through to full phenotypic characterization and cryopreservation.
